About the Project:
Driving Home is an immersive pop-up installation that invites audiences into the driver’s seat of a divided country. Riding alongside 5 taxi drivers from towns and cities across the UK shaped by migration, deindustrialisation and stark political divide, we hear from those who know their communities street by street; immigrants and locals navigating what home means in a nation still redefining itself.
Audiences will watch the immersive short documentary film seated inside a customised black cab.
Driving Home will tour to 5 locations across the UK this Autumn, visiting each location for 2 weeks.
