Dante or Die invites you into the passenger seat of a black cab to watch Driving Home, an intimate 20-minute documentary film projected across the windows.
Ride along as five taxi drivers navigate towns and cities shaped by shift and divide. Through a tapestry of cinematic footage and interviews, you’ll witness a changing nation straight from the streets, uncovering what ‘home’ truly means.
Seating just three people at a time, this free, immersive experience places you at the heart of their journeys.

Driving Home is commissioned by Freedom Festival Arts Trust and Ideas Test. It has been funded by The Space, The Rayne Foundation and Arts Council England, and supported as part of the Artist R&D Programme at the Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity (PTEQ) at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama
